Lead going out rapidly. Looks like the other guys have remembered the Stelvio stage and already given up hope of chasing down De Gendt

Unfortunately today's final climb is not as suited to De Gendt as the Stelvio.

They need over 4 minutes at the foot of the last climb to finish this off. The breakaway is too small so De Gendt will waste a lot of energy. I can't see him or Cataldo winning this one unless the peloton for some reason decides to softpedal until they hit Cuitu Negru.
