Acording to the link below, the stage after the second rest day will be on the northern coast of Galicia with the finish in Coruña. If the weekend before that second rest day is spent in the MTFs to Camperona, Covadonga and Farrapona and the race gets there from La Rioja and Cantabria, I can't see a stage on the roads of the WC circuit.

Belorado is my town, is the capital of la Riojilla burgalesa, but is Burgos, not the Rioja.

The stage is Belorado (Burgos)-Torrelavega (Cantabria), the city of Freire and Manolo Saiz.

So, Aralar, Torrelavega, Cistierna (La Camperona), Los Lagos, Farrapona. After that, Galicia.

So, a whole week in Galicia now? Come on guys, just organise your own race and stump up for 1 or 2 Vuelta stages. The Spanish calendar needs rebuilding.

5 days in Galicia and 7 days in Andalucía

The stage to San Miguel de Aralar is almost sure on Wednesday in the second week, and the stage from your home town to Torrelavega is on Friday. Guess where they'll be on Thursday

APM forum posts report that Diario de Navarra (I guess it's the printed edition, because there is nothing on its web site) also mention an ITT around Zaragoza on Tuesday.

Maybe rest day, becouse that thursday is the festivity of my town, and that is something to dont miss for anybody.

You just write Belorado Fiestas and you will understand

Maybe Logroño, yes.

The towns hosting the first stages have been made public this morning:

Stage 1: Jerez - Jerez (TTT)
Stage 2: Algeciras - San Fernando
Stage 3: Cádiz - Arcos de la Frontera

Stage 2 will definitely be for the sprinters. If there is any wind, it'll probably be tailwind, so no echelons :(

Stage 3 is likely to be on rolling terrain. The major climbs in the region in Sierra de Grazalema are far from the finish, but the town is on top of a hill

Interesting start...

And an ITT in Zaragoza (if is around the main town, not Moncayo as last year) is going to be flat and windy. A 40 km one could made some pain to the climbers.

If the last ITT is 10kms, I predict the ITT after the first rest day won't be flat.

Then, so far we know MTFs at San Miguel de Aralar, Camperona, Covadonga, Farrapona, Monte Castrove and Ancares. That makes 6 out of 8 or 9 announced by Guillén a few months ago.
We still miss 2 or 3. Candidates are:
The stage on Sunday before the first rest day in the province of Teruel. Valdelinares is the most likely, although other two ski stations have been rumored.
The stage to Granada, where rumours point to this
We don't know yet anything about the stage after Aralar. There were rumours about the interest of the town of Ezcaray to go to Cruz de la Demanda, but I'm not sure Unipublic will set 2 consecutive MTFs on Wednesday and Thursday.

We're in for a more human Vuelta

There is growing speculation on the Spanish forums that the ITT start might be higher than the finish. So even if there is a hill on it, there will be more descending than climbing.

Alcaudete to host the end of stage 7 (august 29). Fairly hilly area near Jaén. They move northeast for next day's stage that will start in Baeza and finish in Albacete on what should be a flat stage.

Given the distance announced, I guess that the stage to Albacete will take the direct route through the main road. That's a flat and windy region but the road goes always SW to NE. It will all depend on the wind direction that day.

Last time there was a big race on that region was the 2010 Spanish nationals. The bunch was broken to pieces by the wind but the course had several changes of direction.

Yes, the start is uphill, about 100 metres, but not really a climb, except the final km, and later is mostly downhill till the end, about 300 metres losed. The ITT start at 658 m and finish at about 450...

But anyway, acording the route of some newpapers, that is not more than 25 kms, and the ITT is about 34, so I dont know exactly the route.
