Let's be honest, nothing is a given on a wet descent. Even the best descender can take a tumble when pushing it.

The only people not to fall off a bike in tricky conditions are those who take absolutely no risks at all even if doing so results in a time loss

Yep, underwhelming break. Only hope is Nibs has something in mind with two riders up the road.
Roson might do a big leap up GC, which would be nice as so far he's struggled a bit.

Froome will be slightly vulnerable today. He will play it safe due to the weather.
Nibali can gain some time here.
 
One thing I do think will happen is SKY team may not hold up well as at the Tour

Poels (except on stage 8) hasnt looked great
Moscon has been a marvel but its his 1st GT and he should start to feel it soon
Nieve has been great but can he keep it up
Havent seen alot of Rosa ...not sure how he is going

Really? Laura often interviews him in the pre- and post-race shows here.
