I genuinely dont remember seeing Meinjtes since the descent in Andorra on stage 3
Watch yesterday's stage again. Every time you saw a picture of the end of the peloton in the valley before the final climb you could see meintjes in the last position. And I'm not joking
If you're looking for Meintjes, 90% of the time you just have to look at the last rider in the GC group.
And the other 10% of the time the camera isn't zoomed out enough

But what does the guy think? He really states the opinion he's riding well for a GT-leader of a WT-squad? I mean, the guy hasn't done anything besides following the whole damn race!

I honestly can't recall a more unattractive rider during my time as a cycling fan.

The thing is, the sponsors can hardly be happy about that. I mean, they get less screen time from Meintjes than from his teammates trying to protect his top 10 place. Can the WT points he gets for his results justify his riding style?

Re: Vuelta 2017 stage 19 Caso (Parque de Redes) - Gijón 149.

It would be absolutely incredible for Cortina and for Spanish cycling if he is able to win this stage.

No stage wins in our local Tour, this continuous sense of decay for so many years and here comes this 22 yo youngster against everybody..waah!!

A bit more than a km left to the top. C'mon Garcia

If Garcia can stay with Bardet he will win the sprint - all things being equal.

That did not look good for Mamykin. :(

Yet a terrible part of me still prefers to hear a rider screaming in pain, rather than the alternative...

Guarda civil is mad

Yeah, they are no nonsense.

It wasn't the Guardia Civil but the local police of Madrid, but I always laugh when English football fans come to Madrid and find that in other countries the police forces actually beat people that behave like morons

If he's not completely spent, Garcia will smoke the sprint against anybody who can make it up to him and Bardet.

Man, in Portugal you have to fix the whole toll paying thing in the motorways.

I always find myself not paying without noticing and fearing the local police for the rest of my holidays. :D
