I just had to pull over to the kerb on my Rouvy exercise session.Might as well ping @Armchair Cyclist and @Cookster15 immediately.
You can't contain thousands of people.I wonder what this means for Spanish races next year if they cannot or will not secure them.
They could demote the Spanish races. The UCI will still not act after this race, right?
At least it would be something. But they won't do anything. They could demote the Spanish races.
I've read that similar protests were planned in Torino, but local law enforcement managed to stop them before the race came by.You can't contain thousands of people.
Might as well remove them all.
Even if the stage is cancelled, surely they have time to clear the area in time for the final ceremony. We're lucky Vnngegaard, Almeida and Pidcock posed for the cameras while they were still riding, because that's all the podium we'll see
How do you suggest they clean it?Even if the stage is cancelled, surely they have time to clear the area in time for the final ceremony.
I think some people are angry with Matteo Jorgenson's mustache.. I know I am.. People are harder to see but they are out there!Moderator
Once again, comment only on the fact of disruption, nothing about motivation of, or opinions about, the protestors.
Well the UCI can decide if they can remove the licence of the Vuelta or they can pack the bags of IPT and send them to the amateur ranks.
I hope so. I surely would be happy if ASO goes with One Cycling.and then ASO takes all their races outside of the UCI and we're back to 2008
