Love all those "mini" competitions in races like this.
Best Spanish rider.
Best Andalucian rider.
Best redhead*. That one's a tight battle between Kruijswijk and Haig…

What's Izagirre leading? Best Basque rider? Is there a competition for that here?

*No such thing actually exists.

It seems like we have a winner now.

Fuglsang must think it's Adam out front. Otherwise this makes no sense.
Makes sense to put as much time as possible into Wellens and Haig's dropped now, but Adam's having a free ride.
Let's see what happens.

There's no such thing as a free ride on a 10% climb.

It doesn't matter whether or not you're in the front of the group, either.
Adam's not slaving to widen the gap.
That's a free ride, if I already have to draw you a picture.

Yeah, but Izagirre was riding the same tempo as Fuglsang anyway, so it makes no sense leaving him hanging 20 meters behind. Besides, I don't think Izagirre will be very happy with Fuglsang trying to ride his teammate off the podium.

That's why he's helping him now?

Wasnt Simon Yates just supposed to be a domestique and train a bit? :D Then he proceeds to smash everyone on Hazallanas .Surely you must know before the race that youre at least capable of riding with the best looking at numbers etc?

Surely you know, but are you willing to tell the truth ;)

Edit: Those flying Astana's might just catch Yates

Didnt he more or less lose time on purpose?
