Escape still at 22-23s, ahead of LLS. Which would be enough for almost anyone to win the race

Is the rider second on the GC in this group?

Also, where is Castroviejo? I thought he was in that group as well.

Yeah, with over 20 people up front, even if the pace slows a bit then someone will attack or one of the teams with 4 guys will try and keep the pace at a decent level, so they shouldnt lose that much time now.

an extra 3 rab helpers would have been useful now I guess... Who is RAB team director in the race?

Add to it that 4 or 5 who have a chance to unseat LLS, they are highly motivated to ride.

He should still finish in the top 10.

I hope so. But still that's just maybe 20 points. Add that to the 60 I scored on Monday and you have a monsterscore

To be fair to Rabobank i dont think we know if the 3 who dropped out were with LLS or whether they had been dropped?

True. I based it solely on the ticker feed which said 3 abandoned. But if the group is together behind the escapees, they might have been able to be there as well (peloton). I don't know how fragmented the race is at the moment.

Bonis
