lol @ the bs froome should be in red.

look what cobo has done, by far the best climber.
Unlikely cobo loses the red now, more likely gain time.

Geox did a worse TTT than Sky.

That's where the just about comes in, and it was only 1 second so that wouldn't have made the difference. And to be honest if Froome had been on the same team as Cobo he'd have been well over a minute ahead of him at the start of yesterdays stage and Cobo would've had to ride for him, so he'd still be in the red.

Froome can still win, but it will be hard. Sky definitely ****ed him over a bit.

If Froome leaves for Greenedge, Garmin or whatever I dont blame him at all, treated like dirt by Sky.

I don't get those comments. How was anybody supposed to know that beforehand? Wiggins has at least proven he can ride consistently in a 3-week race; why in the world would Sky have trusted Froome to do the same?

Wow. That was tense... my heart was a thumping in a way it hasn't in any recent TDF and without so much live coverage of the others...

But wow just sitting there waiting for the time gaps each kilometre (especially without any of those annoyingly inaccurate TDF real time splits.) and wondering if he'll crack...

Shame we did not see too much of Wigans after he started ducking and weaving. And wow.. Cobo went much earlier than I thought anybody could and still get a lead! And he held it.. amazing.

wauue new standard for amateur coverage..

like a fooball match where the goals a removed.

I donated a videocamera to africa..

instead should have supported spain..!!

Yeah I know there are suffering financiel-wise, but wasnt aware that it was so bad..

a shame for spain....

Froome is a helper, Wiggins the leader. If the team had known how he'd go, it might have been different, but they can't possibly have expected him to do this.

i don't thin it would of made much difference. slipstream benefits are null on this climb and I don't see him being that much closer to Cobo today tbh.

Take into account the other stages where he stayed with Wigans and motored on the front of the peloton when he could've been attacking and winning time. You don't think that would've made the 20 seconds difference that he has to Cobo now in GC?

Wait a second... i'm counting how many Belgians beat Gesink in the TdF... could take a while though :D

Gesink is cow fodder in comparison to Mollema or Poels!:D

Sky have f***ed this Vuelta up majorly.. should have just let Froome and Wiggins help each other if possible, but ultimately ride for themselves.. If Froome hadn't been working so hard at the start of the climb, he would never have lost that much time to Cobo..

Aside from Cobo the gaps are again not big

Compared to what other MTF?

Cobo even has the "grubby" demeanour of a Mosquera. Cheats can't hide their secrets.

How much did he lose on the stage Moncoutie won, where he did a lot of work??? That was about that amount/?
