Arrogant yeah he certainly seems to be, i actually think hes been decent this Vuelta though certainly not coming out with anything at Spartacus level.

I think Wiggins' style on the bike looks extremely arrogant, like a peacock or so.
Can't really put my finger on why I think that, maybe because he's so smooth.
