that was kind of dumb move by Frank- waste of energy having 40 km +- to go...
Riis is probably laughing at him ;)

Damn Kreuziger. Hes not even going to be at Liqui next year. I understand he should do a bit of domestique work but hes trying to imitate Szmyd for crying out loud.

Few things more annoying than a super-domestique with a work ethic!

I am actually pleasantly surprised by the maturity shown by Kreuziger. I fully expected him to not being ready to work for Nibali once his own chances were gone. Kudos to him.

Liquigas offered to Kreuziger to ride Vuelta as leader with Nibali, but Kreuziger said he would rather help Nibali to win this. Despite the fact he is leaving Liquigas, he wants to help them win the Vuelta. Character.

Before the start of Vuelta, he said he won't go for GC, he said he will rather help Nibali...

The EuskaTrain was pretty fun to watch, but I think it was probably wasted effort. This break is gonna get brought back.

Txurruka doesnt ride for the ephemeral glory of a stage win, he rides for the Nobel prize

The gap is going back out, looks like the pace eased off in the favourites group after Frank got caught.

What's essential in these stages is that there isn't any flat between the last 2 climbs.

Well I figured Denis Menchov was only still riding to do something today but apparently not. not with the red jersey group and not in the break?

Roman has done a great job for Nibali the last few days. Liquigas really will need another strong mountain domestique if they are to continue this great GT success next year.
