Valverde finally won a sprint this year.
Sure it was not Gilbert? I am pretty sure he sprinted to get back, but I haven't rewatched
Of course it did. It messed up their whole organisation and pace line for the next km.
Oh yes, but there were more than one DQS to miss the corner. Gilbert missed it too, and the team had to wait for him because he was 4th rider. It was all very chaotic but Jakobsen was the only one who came to a complete standstill.

Certainly a blow for Rogla, but normally he's head and shoulders above the competition in the discipline, and there's that Pau tt halfway through the race.
Hopefully, no serious injuries for anybody there affected by the mishaps.
Well done Astana.
Probably the worst place in Spain apart from the Costa del Sol. Like a ghetto for northern Europeans retirees."Torrevieja looking huge, can it really have less than 100.000 inhabitants?"

I agree. But still 40 seconds on a guy like Lopez that could be costly.
Jumbo has 3 riders more that 4 minutes down on the winner. Anyone knows the time cut?
As most cities in the coast, multiply this by 4 during summer.Torrevieja looking huge, can it really have less than 100.000 inhabitants?
Time limit is 35% (5:11 or 5:12) so everyone cleared.
The worst:
Powless & Hofstede 4:22
Kuss 4:46
Troia 5:00
So Wiggo suggesting a tourist spilling a bottle of water across the route was the cause of the Jumbo crash.
His hip looked pretty banged up, we'll have to see how he recovers. I wonder what Dumoulin is thinking watching this.
