There speaks a man with terrible bike handling skills. A bit of water ffs.So Wiggo suggesting a tourist spilling a bottle of water across the route was the cause of the Jumbo crash.

173 NEILSON POWLESS 138 TEAM JUMBO - VISMA 00H 19' 13'' + 00H 04' 22'' - - 174 LENNARD HOFSTEDE 134 TEAM JUMBO - VISMA 00H 19' 13'' + 00H 04' 22'' - - 175 SEPP KUSS 136 TEAM JUMBO - VISMA 00H 19' 37'' + 00H 04' 46''
Something ain't right here.
We saw Powless and Hofstede get taken over by Quick-Step inside the last kilometer. How the hell was Kuss, who basically dropped on the starting podium, only 20 something seconds slower, when we saw him get taken over miles before that? What do you mean?

Kuss overshoot a corner, was left behind and has made an ITT. Powless and Hofstede just soft pedalled after the crash. More proof of how ****ing amazing team time trials in stage races are
The only thing good for Sepp about the mechanical is he was spared the crash later on.On Polish Eurosport they said that Kuss had a mechanical very early in the stage. I don't know if they had reliable info but they said it.
10-6-4 at the finish, 3-2-1 at the intermediate sprint, same for every stageAnyone know what the time bonuses are tomorrow
I think technical TTTs like this are awesome. Puts a premium on skills like teamwork and bike handling, and more explosive efforts out of corners. Really different skills to other kinds of stages.Crashes can happen in any stage, they are not a valid argument against TTTs, if you ask me.
I saw one Jumbo rider checking his bike for a long time when he was going on the starting ramp.On Polish Eurosport they said that Kuss had a mechanical very early in the stage. I don't know if they had reliable info but they said it.
Any live feeds working in USA? Fubo and NBC are showing the whole Vuelta, but NOT the prologue - what the f***?
Would that even have been possible? Stopping the race...
Yes, SK was the rider who went over the bars into banner but it looked a soft landingThe Jumbo riders who hit the deck were Roglic, Powless, Hofstede and ? Kruijswijk?
