Absolutely. Every other sprinter in the race other than Gaviria could have been the beneficiary of that great set up and they’d still lose by a bike length. Jakobsen is inconsistent but he’s fast and young and this is an important win.Nice one by Jakobsen. No surprise Bennett is the fastest.
I say good on a 22 yo Jakobsen to finish his teams work regardless of Bennett closing fast
I live in hope for the next 22hrs that you are wrong. Even if its just a fools hopeI thiiiiink we’ll see a change in leadership tomorrow.
That's what a better-timed bike throw to hold off someone coming back quickly looks like.Wow. If Bennet wasnt on a toy bike, he might have taken this.
Maybe they'll let Nico go off the front like he's Van Avermaet or something.I live in hope for the next 22hrs that you are wrong. Even if its just a fools hope
Me neither. I did see a bit of a dodgy move by Bennett vs Sajnok earlier on, but didn't notice anything off limits between Walscheid and Molano. So I see in the results that they have relegated to last place in the group to Max Walscheid and Juan Molano. I don't see clearly what happened.
Jakobsen sprinting with his eyes closed…
