Not so much a Roglic collapse as much better than expected TT performance from both Carthy and Carapaz.

But you might also expect Roglic to have a great performance, too. I like PR but I think he rides a bit nervously sometimes, doesn't trust his talent and training. That might be why he hasn't been attacking from farther out and maybe he's a little tight in critical TTs. His Giro TT last year on a similar although much shorter course shows what he can do without pressure.

I really think Roglic will be fine. He's not gonna take red by a huge margin but by a big enough margin to make it almost impossible to take it off him on the only mountain stage remaining.
