Carapaz has nobody to blame but himself here. Roglic was isolated a lot earlier than when he attacked, yet he waited until the hardest part of the climb was over, built a 20 second advantage in a short amount of time but once the road flattened out Roglic always had wheels in front of him while Carapaz was in the wind. Can't help but think that if Carapaz makes that attack where Carthy originally attacked this would have been decided by less than 10 seconds. This Vuelta was 100% winable for Carapaz, yet here we are.
