Fairly new to cycling but over the past 3 year the Vuelta has much more interesting and potentially exciting stages than the Tour with this being another. Is that an accurate assessment?

I usually think that too, but the thing I miss from the Giro and Tour are the stages with multiple high-elevation Alpine or Pyreneen passes, although those have become fewer and fewer over the years (and also sometimes duds racing-wise), so maybe the Vuelta doesn’t seem as “different” as it used to.Fairly new to cycling but over the past 3 year the Vuelta has much more interesting and potentially exciting stages than the Tour with this being another. Unfortunately, the best rider didnt win the race. I remember how pissed I was after Antón crashing out..This hooked me to the Vuelta
Nah nah nah nah, theres is no way. There is Purito, Gilbert 2011 and Valverde and then everyone else.Purito was great. But in his day Dani Moreno was the best on the Murito of them all. Tomorrow roglic wins.
Very happy for him to end on a good note. I hope he can go in a break later in the race and win one stage.

Yes. I think BikeExchange prefers to chase rather than sending Matthews in the break.yeah, I'd prefer a fight for the win from the peloton as well. Who'd be dumb enough to chase, though? BikeExchange again?

Aru had such a short career I did not catch that short span between young new star and old veteran.
Jasper Philipsen DNS as well. Makes job easier for Jakobsen now.
