I dont understand why teams who wanted to win from the break are not controlling,. to keep the gap close enough, so their riders can bridge across on the next climb.

didn't regret, he kept it there for WVA to catch it, then the cameras went to the peloton.

WVA’s problem might not be on the climbs, but descent and run in, other will expect him to close every move

Disagree. There are teams in the peleton who had multiple riders who could have controlled until the climb with 60kms to go. Then you try to bridge across to the break, and no GC riders would follow. Trying to control this stage makes more sense than Israel did in stage eight.

And for the Covid riders, I know now why they are really struggling. Couldn’t do my hour recovery ride, stopped at 40min. Felt like I was doing double the wattages and getting overheated. No energy, empty now.

I'd be happy to see anyone but WVA or Soler win this stage. UAE and Jumbo have won enough. I think Leclerf might try to drop the others on the last climb, it's his only chance based on his size.
