Bob Jungels was 6th, it definitely was.

What is it even supposed to mean?

There was a mass covid exodus, yes, but he was still fifth which required really good climbing legs, proving that turning into a climber is not something new for today.

You would think that move was just an innocent oversight instead of something more, but the DS might be in a bit of trouble for that.

The 2022 version of Jungels was worse than the 2016 one. That said, I agree that what Küng is doing today isn't exactly a huge surprise. It's not like he's going to win the stage.

Of course it's not a surprise, he literally had the KoM jersey earlier in the race.

If anyone was watching even last Sunday, this shouldn't come as a surprise at all.

An outside pick would be Gall today. I expect him to be at least the 4th strongest

I've caught up with the very exciting development of this stage, but I missed Martinez dropping out of the break. Did he fall back or could he just not follow?
