Oh my god
I didn't know you saw me as a god-like figure, but blessed be thee, my child
But I agree, that it wasn't the strongest post I've ever made.

Oh my god
GC guys will start to race hard not earlier than 5 km from the finish line, no matter if a break is still up the road or not.Let's hope that the GC guys would race hard in this stage unlike in 2021 when Bardet won the same stage by breaking away.
I will teach one thing my friend (and I'm not trying to be arrogant) but 99% of times, the first MTF goes always to the gc guys.First of many mountain stages that will go to the break. Hard start won't be controllable. I expect a strong break and some chaos cause it will have some maybe GC riders in it. Sadly we won't be able to see it.
Zana was 11th in the Giro this year. Not saying he is a likely top 5 but I doubt anyone would want to gift him an easy 5 minutes early on.Not sure who will chase this, none of these a danger for overall
Ups, I was discoveredExcept for like 11 Giros in a row between 2013 and 2023, the Vueltas of 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2011 andd 2010 and the TdFs of 2023, 2021, 2019, 2016, and 2011 ad that is only since 2010.
Its not that its arrogant, its just bafflingly wrong
They'll be queuing up for the ice tub today then.Looks like it will be a nice warm day. 38 degC. Or 100 in old money
Was about to post this. It's usually only a few breakaway riders that stay away this early in the race, but that doesn't change the fact at all.Except for like 11 Giros in a row between 2013 and 2023, the Vueltas of 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2011 andd 2010 and the TdFs of 2023, 2021, 2019, 2016, and 2011 ad that is only since 2010.

Who is pulling in the bunch?
Either that or Vlasov or Martinez. They did bring a pretty stacked team with multiple options.Bora apparently. So Roglic must already be better than most think.
Great job RTVE. We missed everything interesting and important in the first 160kms of the stage.
You didn't even have to bother with broadcasting until 16:30 to be honest now.
I see Lipowitz above Vlasov tbhEither that or Vlasov or Martinez. They did bring a pretty stacked team with multiple options.
So long as the Vuelta doesn't have full stage broadcasts, IMO it can never be bigger than the Giro.Always funny in these kind of stages when they go live just when the dull part of the stage starts. We can have full broadcasts of Frankfurt, Rund um fricking Koln, Denmark Tour, Norway, Poland, etc, but not of the Vuelta...
Or Vlasov or lipowiz or martinezBora apparently. So Roglic must already be better than most think.
...or they want to block the narrow road at the start of the final climbBora apparently. So Roglic must already be better than most think.
"but...but...would Fuente Dé still have reached its mythical status had we seen how Contador escaped?"So long as the Vuelta doesn't have full stage broadcasts, IMO it can never be bigger than the Giro.
