Ganna must be the most overrated big guy ever. Jesus... a gorilla was Cancellara, who could win PR and drop riders on flat terrain. Ganna can't beat riders 20 kg lighter than him.
Of course he is a worldclass TT rider but nothing more.

I saw Ganna race in Ghent I was giggling like a school girl!! Guy is awesome!!
I love Fabio and Fabian also.. Ganna is underrated! He is a God.
My all time crusher is Tony Martin. Four time world champion!!Don't know how many times he won German nats, great rider!!

I think it would have been more unfair if they were to change the rules after the Vuelta had started:

Team time trial stages
2.6.024 The starting order of team time trial stages shall be the inverse order of the general team
classification, to the exception of the leader’s team which starts last. Where no such
classification exists, the starting order shall be determined by drawing lots.
