It's basically a cat.2 climb with a few kilometres of 2-3% false flat at the summit, and he's largely refusing to cooperate with Almeida too. I don't see it as being out of his range. If he's up there with Almeida as the best after Vingegaard on Angliru, it's another story.

Actually he died in a car crash in 1966 and was replaced by a lookalike which was covered up to prevent the UAE fanboys becoming too upset.
