You should take off the Vincenzophobic glasses.Dekker_Tifosi said:Attacked in many mountain stages?? LOL
Nice joke. I've only ever seen Nibali clamp on to other wheels in mountain stages. Maybe you should rewatch the Vuelta 10 stages.Nibali only limits damage. He doesn't attack. But react

Nibali was the first to attack out of the front group, with Scarponi right behind him. Evans fought his way up to the two, bringing Basso with him.
Hey, I've long since admitted Nibali is very consistent and an excellent GT racer, probably one of the worlds best and most consistent.hrotha said:You should take off the Vincenzophobic glasses.

No BMC riders? Geez! Surely they could of put Tschopp of Santa in the break. Anyway., Lets hope Matthias can show what he's got on Sierra nevada.DJ Sprtsch said:A good minutes lead for these BONNAFOND Guillaume (012), BUSCHE Matthew (202), BAGOT Yohan (041), ROHREGGER Thomas (109), VORGANOV Eduard (089), TORIBIO ALCOLEA Jose Vicente (029), DE KORT Koen (179)

Once again I disagree, go watch Vuelta 09.hrotha said:Prior to this Tour Samuel Sánchez was among the most conservative riders in the top of the sport. Nibali attacked more than him.
Dekker_Tifosi said:Gesink a wheelsucker? Maybe, he's in the grey area. When he can he attacks, but usually he's already at the limit of following. Plus diesels like Basso, Gesink and Nibali are nearly never attackers. They just try to ride their own pace as good as they can.
Contador definately, Joaquim Rodriguez, Igor Anton, Samuel Sanchez, the Schlecks sometimes..those are attackers
forgot guys like Jose Rujano, the Colombians, Chris Horner (when he's good)...
Go watch every race Samu lost because he was too conservative, then stop selectively forgetting about the times Nibali attacked. Like Giro 11.Dekker_Tifosi said:Once again I disagree, go watch Vuelta 09.

Nibali attacked in the Giro 11? I've seen him trying at the Etna once. Other than that I've only seen him ride own pace and finishing in front groups.hrotha said:Go watch every race Samu lost because he was too conservative, then stop selectively forgetting about the times Nibali attacked.
