Looks like you are a victim of the confusion tooBillie said:Didn't Quintana have 29'11?
País Vasco TTs can almost never be taken into account in a traditional TT comparison because flat terrain is at an absolute premium, but this was an extreme case, even compared to the Oñati course with two short steep climbs and narrow rainy descents in 2012.Kwibus said:Gigs_98 said:Now I actually think the TT in the tdf wont decide anything. Froome might still be better than Bertie and Quintana, but still the two just smash everyone else in a TT so they really don't have to worry. The ITT in the tour is maybe a bit flatter but still very hilly.
The tt's in pais vasco are always extremely technical. I dont think we can compare them.
I think (i repeat I THINK) that Contador has an advantage over Froome in a TT like this, but in the TdF it isn't comparable.
remember that day he crashed out of the Tour on a high speed descent>webvan said:So Bertie lost 22 to Henao and 18 to Quintana on the descent? Odd...
