OMG. a few seconds before Contador finished the TT Kirby was saying Contador wasn't going to beat Quintana. Kirby has got to qualify as one of the dumbest people to ever live.
I'm sorry Reichenbach missed the podium :D .

No! Sebastian Reichenbach was on all three spots of the podium, as well as every other position; Reichenbach is omnipresent; Reichenbach is everywhere.

Congrats to Contador

Sad for Henao. How many more times can you lose a race in a TT. It began to when he lost La Vuelta a la Juventud to Uran in a TT.

If anything the bike changed hurt Quintana on that technical and rainy TT. Push not enough to compensate IMHO.

Pinot needs to step it up under pressure.

It has nothing to do with pressure, but with the fact Contador and Quintana are superior cyclists. He's close to the level of those guys, but not quite there yet.
Soooo agree! This stage was the worst thing for Pinot: Uphill to begin with, before he could get into the groove, and a wet descent. It's not about pressure at all. My prediction was 4th before it began, and that's where he's at. According to the abysmal coverage (why get all these cars/motos and not get splits), Tibopino, lost 1'01" in the first 6.5km. So he got a strong descent and flat stretch.

Look back at the predictions: how many got him in their top-5? He beat Purito, Aru, Landa...a good week. He attacked, and his downhill performance showed that his mind is in the right place.

The rest is Clinic material...

It was the same at Danish Eurosport. I don't think the commentators had the info about Quintana's time got changed from 29:11 to 29:18. To be fair, I only got it because someone in here wrote it. But I noticed it at the finishing line as well, but I think that's because i already knew, otherwise I wouldn't have thought about it.

Not caught up with yesterday's stage yet, was enjoying a sunny cycle in Scotland(got to take advantage of them days when they come), well done Contador it must have been a monster TT fro him...Gutted for Henao but we all knew he was always going to struggle with the final stage.
