Unless you're Il Falco and it's like technically impossible to crash on a descent no matter if it rains or snows.

Sad for Henao. How many more times can you lose a race in a TT. It began to when he lost La Vuelta a la Juventud to Uran in a TT.
If anything the bike changed hurt Quintana on that technical and rainy TT. Push not enough to compensate IMHO.
Pinot needs to step it up under pressure.
