That was an... interesting sprint, two-in-one!
Navarro and Sanchez sprinted againsts each other, and also sprinted to keep the group behind them.
The group sprinted, well, against each other, and also sprinted to catch Navarro and Sanchez.

País Vasco is all about explosiveness. So if you can follow an explosive attack of Contador near the top, it's a good sign.

Wasn't Pinot dropped for a bit? I remember seeing him overtaking Aru (wrestling with his bike in the way he does when he is trouble). He may have just been badly placed but he wasn't with the favourites on the top of the climb, IIRC. He did though catch up pretty fast.

He'll find the wheel, don't worry, in July. Thing is, I'm afraid he'll drop Bertie more often than not when he goes.
