Actually Porte was climbing better than I've seen all year. Not great, but on the penultimate climb he was in a group with Coppel when they passed Contador who had his first flat, and waited for him. Clearly Riis has him on Andy's old racing programme of doing squat until July, when he will suddenly find his super charger.
As for the ITT, it must be another Rabo romp, no?
