Trek burning up all their doms before the first climb.

When they reach Cobertoria I do not think that Contador will get, need, much help anyway, best to use them now when they can contribute.. :D

If Bahrain does something they will lose all the domestiques by the time they drop 1 or 2 Sky riders.

Sky is the stronger team and prevented Bahrains breakaway attempts on most important stages. Today is not different but it seems like Nibali has accepted that he won`t have teammates up the road.
Hope that they have a different plan and do something before Angliru.

Contador channeling his inner Landis.

Trek following Phonak's playbook.

But will we have the same result?

Do you think he drank a bottle of whiskey last night?

Hard tempo. They will drop on the climbs... they should catch the break and put riders in the new break

If Contador goes on the Cobertoria or Cordal we'll have our answers. More likely, an attack halfway up the L'Angliru.

Nibali's attack, if it ever comes, will be late.

And what playbook would that be?

This is the one and only warning that I'll post to this thread about doping accusations or insinuations.

Stage 17, Phonak wound up the pace early and launched Landis' early attack. Maybe we'll see something similar from Contador today?

The playbook where he goes solo with 120km to go and wins by 6 minutes. That one.

Seems realistic, Nibali will not respond to Berto, rhythm is the secret, diesel style. Headwind reported on Angliru.
