Three climbs, as interesting as the italian parcours of this year

Yes, but the climbs this year were a bit more difficult. The Ponferrada circuit seems to ressemble that of Varese more.

Sorry if I've missed this or it's posted somewhere else, but is there any info in the TT route?

It's up to the riders to make the race now at least.

Correct, the riders wheelsucked the Italian Worlds RR to death. Looked good on paper, but to no avail.

Lets see what they can do here.

7% av. 10% max, lot's of altitudes meters. That's what LBL is all about. The climbs are way shorter, but there's also a lot more of them.

That is only the short and insignificant first climb.

It is overall hard, but it is not as Liege, there is not hard part. The Castillo is a nice cobble climb with a fantastic medieval view, but very short... The rest dissapoint me.. el Bierzo is a nice place with a lot to show, but they show the worst. The circuit is not even de ITT that Igor Anton was second behind Contador.. it is almost, but a soft version, the small difference it is important.

Anyway it is quite hard overall.

There's no cobbles allowed in WCs (no idea why)

Hmm, to my recollection, there is supposed to be cobbles on the Richmond course. But maybe not.
