I liked that sword they handed to Millar in Toledo the other year.

It's not a cycling trophy, but you have to love a trophy that's had babies in it, more booze drunk out of it that you could imagine, and has been set on stage at more than one high class ladies dancing establishment.

He donated it either to a farmers' organisation or Bernard Hinault, who has a farm (he can't remember himself, or he doesn't want to say). There the trail goes cold.

Federer had just returned victorious from Wimbledon, and the Swiss were eager to show appreciation to one of their own. Asked to name the 6-year-old cow on the spot, that's when a clearly surprised Federer responded with "Juliette."

The old UCI World Cup trophy was made of glass and one of the winners (Zabel, Dekker or Bettini - can't remember which one) broke it just after being awarded it in the early 2000's.
