I am receiving this message Welcome to nginx! on white screen, when I am trying to browse on CN site, and only CN:eek:
What is the problemo, I was trying user account control (programs when to notify), block some start up program etc.

The sysadmin probably won't come back and fill you in, so I will. Nginx is an indispensable software application at a site like cyclingNews.

Nginx is primarily used as way to serve pages on a much larger scale than a traditional http server by caching requests, then serving via the cache.

It's author and primary documentation are in Russian. That's why there are lots of Russian references to it all over the Internet. When the serving stack malfunctions, visitors sometime see nginx pages, or maybe even 404's.

Probably more than you ever wanted to know....

Thanks dude, I was thinking something really bad happens and ready to burn computer.
So it is harmless? What should I do to nginx disappear?

Dude it happens again, I am sending you IP address. I can open all sites on CN, only Forum is showing me that ngnix:mad: I can see only one thread there, rest of page is white. I manage somehow to get here (typing about the website cycling news on browser). Also I can look at all sub forums through main page but not directly clicking on Forum.
I am in trouble wright now, help!
They are all over me!

I'm afraid my powers are limited to the website, kidnapping enquiries should be directed elsewhere :p

We're almost certain that page has nothing to do with us. We do have a default Welcome to nginx! page on the forum server but we can't get it to display no matter what we do, and it only has one '!' (whereas the one you posted has two). I suggest you try scanning your machine for viruses/malware etc. If you're unsure of how to do that, that kind of advice is out of my remit but there may be a friendly forumite who can help. Otherwise I suggest a forum more suited to that kind of enquiry :)

Look at this when I am trying to type cn form&fitness sub forum, how is that possible, only one thread I see.

Dude I am having this ngnix only on CN site, and I am trying to get some help.
Also sometimes nvn.net appears on it. How is possible that I am having two !! and CN only one !, if you look carefouly address is cyclingnews.com, so you are having something with it I am sure, trying to hijack me:D
