I seem to remember a story recently where Columbia being thrown out was mentioned at the bottom. havent got time to go back through all the threads, maybe the OP could tell us?

the latest news regarding the Mouvement Pour un Cyclisme Credible (MPCC) comes from the french news agency AFP on 13th Octobre and it is being echoed by a lot of news papers across French speaking Switzerland and France.
