What place will Remco get in RVV?

Remco will finally start in RVV. IMO, he will finish in the top5 but maybe in the future with better preparation and probably some prep races before RVV, he can win it.
What is your opinion?

Regardless what I or you think, these are wonderful news for cycling!

I'd say outside of top 20 because he'll find it too hectic between these bergs. However, it will be a good learning experience for next years.

He has the engine for top3. However he's worse in the sprint and explosivity than top Flandres guys and maybe some experience would be needed (even Pog failed a bit in Dwars'22 due to positioning). My final pick is top5 but also top3 wouldnt surprise me much.

Pogacar is a class champion. But he has never faced a true lion who will be fighting for the honour of his home nation on Flanders' roads.

No more handy monuments for Pogi. Finally he will have questions to answer. When the going gets tough, Tadej will no doubt get flashbacks to the WTT last year when Remco passed him UPHILL on the cobbles.

Most likely, the usual Pog solo, followed by a Remco solo, followed by a shattered peloton coming across the line in dribs and drabs. In other words, exactly what we saw late last year. Pog and Remco doing training rides

RvV cobbles are overrated big time and I think only de Oude Kwaremont is a real annoyance for him

Don’t complain if those steep cobbled 20% parts are only 10% after I flew over them.

I think he's going to take the victory in a sprint. As long as he is well positioned the 2nd time they do Oude Kwaremont, after that it's much less hectic and smooth sailing in the wheel of the favourites. With how explosive he looked in Catalunya he might win the sprint.

I fail to see the comparison. At best, Borg is a mix of Simmons with Pogacar ability.
