Cycling hub is great, they usually post the final few K's and then longer extended highlights video afterwards.

If you have a television, record it on NPO 1 or Sporza.

Rai sport web page has them in streaming on demand but only the last hour or so.
Spanish Teledeporte has the full broadcast on demand.
Both streams are georestricted, but they work on Chrome with the hola plugin.
Don't know how soon they are up, as I use to watch them about 4 hours after the race has finished
