What lessons does Pogi have to teach Uno-X or a rider like THJ? Is Pog going to go out angry tomorrow beat him on Hautacam by 6 minutes instead of 4?

Pogi reserves his hate for Visma, and if he's not feeling the effects of the crash that is who he will be focussed on smashing tomorrow.
His team will tell THJ to stay 4 bike lengths away from them at all times, at every race forever. Imagine the vibe towards him if Pogi can't compete tomorrow or the next day.

The knee thing is scary. Again, nobody knows anything. Plus, it's a 3 week bike race. He could have injured himself and it's done. Or he could simply be sore tomorrow from the road rash but use it as even more motivation and either not lose much time or even gain a few seconds. We obviously don't know. I'll just say, Stage 12 is not the queen stage. It's obviously the toughest stage yet but going into it- you'd say the mountain time trial and Saturday's stage would be more decisive. That gives some time for Pog to recover from road rash unless he's hurt beyond that.

Beyond Pog, does this wake Roglic up. If Pog is hurt, that's one of the big two down. Maybe Roglic stays out of trouble and steals the race in the third week, lol. Wouldn't that be something. With that said, I hope Pog is healthy and rides the race he would have otherwise ridden.

Is Pogacar allowed to take over the counter Tylenol, Tylenol PM, melatonin, and a NSAID? That’s what I do to get sleep with pain and soreness and start the next days. Plus the NSAID will help keep swelling down.
Yes it's legal to use. UAE have whipped out their pain management protocol to help reduce the pain as much as possible and to help Tadej sleep. UAE can also file for a TUE if the situation warrants it.

Ridiculous. Pogacar and UAE won't give Uno-X or Johanessen another thought in this Tour, nor should they. They're irrelevant.
This is exactly right. I think that UAE will possibly make a mental mistake or two tomorrow.. And in reality they can't be avoided, regardless of position in the race, yellow, no yellow, the media are interested in taking with Pogacar. I doubt he will take the worm..his English is excellent, but the media will bait him into creating a controversy that does not exist.. And that's from both teams, both riders, they were done talking about him falling.. Hours ago.. and media instead of talking about what a stallion effort, awesome person Ben Healy is..they toss out the bait and hope that he will weigh in on all the drama.. He doesn't bite the worm, easy, complete answers, move on..

Some people are just genetically made to be leaders..I usually hate guys with earrings!! Not anymore!!

That Johannesen front wheel chop on Tadej looked intentional. He was basically shoulder to shoulder with Tadej before he suddenly accelerated and crossed infront of Tadej. And before that, Jonas and Healy attacked when Pogacar went for a piss break.

Riding to intimidate at minimum. Which is mind boggling against the world champ and reigning tour champ. The more I reflect the more I’m disgusted by the back handed apology. Comes off as childish deflection. Most folks in the public eye get criticism and draw weirdos now and again. Don’t give it oxygen

Was able to check here. Tylenol and melatonin are allowed. I am sure there are similar links for other countries. Pretty sure NSAIDs would be fine too, although not sure what dosage.

Tobias Halland Johannesen was literally all smiles giving interviews to Danish reporters after the victory. When he was asked what happened, he said it was a racing incident and no harm done, still smiling, and assuring he had spoken to Pog about just that.

I just can't............. Thats the kinda stuff Pog won't forget, let me tell you that much. Pog is a straight killer when push comes to shove behind his mask. He will show who the best cyclist is tomorrow unless he's hurt, and don't be surprised if UAE teaches UNO-X or Halland a lesson like Armstrong did in 2004.
Please don't compare Pogacar with Armstrong. Those two are nothing alike personality wise...

To sum up my thoughts:

Pogi should be okay. Eye test of the crash tells he got up extremely quickly, he was pedalling fine, he moved along okay after finishing the stage. When a heavy crash takes place you can't get up as quick as that. Even if you are the top favourite if you are damaged you simply cannot remount that fast. I think he will be OK today.

Regarding THJ, he might have been a bit reckless, but he did not cause the crash on purpose and surely does not deserve the kind of hate he has receieved.

Finally, Van Garderen is a Pogi hater. He already criticized Tadej for winning too much. Would like to elaborate more about him but then I would probably be out of the forum for a few days.

Just saying. But if his right knee is slightly or severely injured... how can he record a video sitting in an uncomfortable chair with his leg bent, without ice or bandages? Chilling with his teammates instead of resting in a bed or sofa watching TV ahead of a stage that should end his Tour? Nonsense abounds. I don't want to hear stories of staged plots/conspiracies because the next step is the man hasn't been to the moon. Btw, it's rather curious that his opponents show more confidence in him than a good portion of his own fans.

Van Garderen is a loser. Always targetting the GC and never was able to deliver a good performance.
