His pedal stroke wasn't bad, and he wasn't limping when he was walking with his bike. I think this may be fake or enhanced.

Swelling may take time to build up, and I don't think we saw him walk after the finish. But then again, cyclists' knees can look a bit funny. I'll keep my eyes peeled tomorrow, in any case

I stand corrected. Still, he was pedaling fine, and walking fine. However, tomorrow might not be the best day to be climbing Hautacam.

So first of the big four hitting the deck, likely not the last. Good to see the morale is high, on if the crash will take its toll, best to wait and see. Realistically Pogi landed on his hip rather hard and i do expect some setbacks because of that.

The way he was in that video reaction doesn't seem like he feels that he's in trouble. So I don't think it should be too severe. But we will see. I choose to be optimistic for tomorrow.

Well, you can easily translate it.

Anyway, I found it and it seems real. However, I think it has more in common with the lighting and the angle than a real problem. Adam Yates' knees also look messed in the same photo. There's a link to the article.

You can partially see the right knee in the video. It’s fine. Can’t stand that mou guy. Just spouting nonsense.

Pog says that, but thats obviously not how he feels. Its not a fricking racing incident when you get plowed from behind. My god.

Pogi reserves his hate for Visma, and if he's not feeling the effects of the crash that is who he will be focussed on smashing tomorrow.

His team will tell THJ to stay 4 bike lengths away from them at all times, at every race forever. Imagine the vibe towards him if Pogi can't compete tomorrow or the next day.

The knee thing is scary. Again, nobody knows anything. Plus, it's a 3 week bike race. He could have injured himself and it's done. Or he could simply be sore tomorrow from the road rash but use it as even more motivation and either not lose much time or even gain a few seconds. We obviously don't know. I'll just say, Stage 12 is not the queen stage. It's obviously the toughest stage yet but going into it- you'd say the mountain time trial and Saturday's stage would be more decisive. That gives some time for Pog to recover from road rash unless he's hurt beyond that.

Beyond Pog, does this wake Roglic up. If Pog is hurt, that's one of the big two down. Maybe Roglic stays out of trouble and steals the race in the third week, lol. Wouldn't that be something. With that said, I hope Pog is healthy and rides the race he would have otherwise ridden.
