I'm guessing the Saturn team director who encouraged Barry to take Synacthen in the 1999 Tour of Langkawi was Andy Lee. The name is definitely short and ends in an "e" (p4-5 of Barry's affidavit).

No, I think he meant a rider who was a professional mountain biker in 2004.

I am pretty sure that he is still one today.
