But shouldn't Popovych be already named earlier in the report? Definatly in 2005 when he was winning the white jearsey. So I would go for Contador too as he just joined Discovery Channel in 2007.

On the other hand, do we have a indication to Pop is refwrred to somewhere else as Rider "?"?

It seems from what Leipheimer indicates that most riders post 2006 were left to their own devices. So could it be that AC did his own thing while LL and Popo got back on Bruyneel's program? Remember although AC was undoubtedly an up and coming talent, he hadn't done anything so significant in GT's before 2007 that it should warrant him a place on the clearly limited PED-A-team.

GJ

Contador was on his own program in 2009. It's not unreasonable to think that he may have been doing the same in 2007. Especially when you consider how his previous teamwide doping effort went. Also there was clearly no (blood) brotherly love between Bertie and Bottle in that race, they were happy to attack each other.

Popovych was 100% doped big time in that race. He was already experienced on the team, if anyone was to take a transfusion alongside Leipheimer it would be him.

Even Gusev would be more likely than Contador.

Yeah I think Contador in 2007 was more of a 'big boy' (to paraphrase Johan) than Levi and didn't need a team doping program, because he could organize one himself.

david george?

Almost certain that it's not Dave. David rode primarliy as a track rider until he turned his attentions to road and TT. After getting the push from Postal he started the mtb scene...

contador was still a nobody basically until the tour of 2007.

16 is Popo. Just look at the length of the name 'Yaroslav Popovych' it matches 100 % the length of the label of 'Rider-16'.

All you need to do is to copy-paste a part of the report to paint, and then find the right font and size, and you can easily see whether or not it is realistic to be that rider.

I did it both with Popo and AC, and it is clear that it is the former.

Interesting but with one letter count difference can you be sure ?
I don't know if I got 100 % the same font and size, but it is pretty close:

Current riders still racing or coaching

So when will Bobby J admit his past and take inevitable fall from SKY??
Sky is making everyone sign statement that they never doped.
If they truly go that route everyone they have enlisted as staff that was around a few years ago might be in trouble.
He surely is listed as rider #4. Mentioned in both GH statement and Frankie Andreu´s. Of course the Bronze medal he got in the ITT at the Olympics...bcause of Tylers positive...well lets just eliminate all 3 medals eh??

Eki also manager of Katusha now.
if we really wanna go down the list... lots of heads will/should roll.

What about past admitters like Brian Holm, Aldag and Zabel?? they all admitted when Jeff D´honts book came out. the same way Vuaghters supposedly "outed" his teammates. It all just press management.
Were they ever suspended? I think not. Seems odd that "circumstance" decides who gets a light sentence and who gets beat up, and who carries on with only some BS press conference.
Bjarne Riis sent his yellow jersey back.. but was he ever suspended from managing his current team?? wheres the consistency?
whatever..Profesional cycling has becoming somewhat of a joke.

Riis never sent his jersey back? He said they know where it is if they want to come and get it!

Ok, Kjaergard was implicated as Rider#19 and has finally 'fessed up before someone makes him do it.

Which one will be next?
