For Barry´s affadavit:
Pro Mtn Biker
Gotta be Roland Green the pro Mtn biker...
Canadian

how did we all miss this one so far?
Someone do the font test. see if his name fits in there.
Definitely not an exact science but its pretty obvious.
given the USPS, Road, and MTN biking.

ok just seeing someone already mentioned this earlier in the thread.

David George fails EPO test, was he on the list?

Someone seems eager to accept exactly 2.00 years of suspension and be done with it. Nothing to see here, used once and got caught kind of deal?

Let's see if he is offered a life time ban and scratch of all his results ever, without investigation, if he'll dare appeal. Sure, he'll get the 2 years and write a book on it or something.
No bad, a life of doping and a 2-year ban when you're past due anyways.

Edited to add: was this a bit of a delay in reporting perhaps?

Also, we see that well-timed OOC testing is key.

Thanks.

According to 2Cycle.be it's Marty Jemison, but there's a question mark, so nothing as certain as the other names.

EDIT: I don't think it's Marty, so it could definitely be Dariusz Baranowski.

EDIT2: I fiddled with it in paint, and Dariusz Baranowski matches really well.

Tygart's message seems pretty clear, those NADO's who have had the names for 2 years need to do something fast

Eki?

"There are redacted names in our reasoned decision, close to 37 I think," said Tygart at the London conference. "Our hope is, and we've had communication with the CIRC, that we are going to present this all to them because there is a whole lot of information out there that would be helpful in cleaning out the system that is there."

When asked if he expected disciplinary cases as a result, Tygart responded: "Certainly where there is evidence of violations we will bring cases and I'm assured by other NADOs [National Anti-Doping Organisations] that they will."

agreed, it's a good message/signal from tygart.
is it just me or is he implicitly also criticizing cookson for his inaction?

Turning the heat up on Cookson is my read. Making him get ahead of it or USADA will make him look like he has gone soft on doping. Smart-ish.

Read what Tygart has said

.....because there is a whole lot of information out there that would be helpful in cleaning out the system that is there."...........

Tygart does not believe the system has changed and it needs cleaning out.

Does Cookson have the 37 names?
