I'm not so fond of him but I would probably invite him to my wedding...

... to cut the cake with his nose.
Thank you, boomcie. Now I don't have to mention the nose thing :D

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Jens Voigt yet, he always seemed to pretty popular.

Filippo Pozzato, Thor Hushovd, Andy Schleck and Nicolas Roche.

wait, what?

Belgians in general:p
Cavendish, VdB le second, Evans, I used to love Weylandt :( he was one of my favourites :(
Tomke, Love the way Leukie races too, wicked attacking Amets, Sylvain Chavanel, De Gendt, Titi Voeckler, Voigt. attackers in general.

Renshaw as well :p
Big fish dopers, I might like the way they ride, but I'll find it hard supporting them (example: I love the way Vino races but ...)

I was just kidding, obviously. I do like him BTW, just don't know too much about him.

I dont get the joke.

OK, I'll bite: obviously I like Gesink and Mollema, but Langeveld? Flens? Leezer? Cobbles riders I don't much care for.

My favourite rider, you'll be happy to hear, is Przemyslaw Niemiec.

"The zinc cutter", as Dutch commentator Maarten Ducrot fondly likes to call him.

The best was when in TDF 16 someone on here predicted that Fedrigo would win by a nose, and thats exactly what happened.

Robert Gesink and then basically the attacking climbers who dont wait till the last 1500 meters. Or those of the best climbers who go specially for the KoM classification, so not some guy who gets points on cat.4 climbs and 1 Cat.1 climb.

Personally I think KoM is underrated alot and needs the type a la Rasmussen back.

Never understood the man love for Amets. Goes on an utterly pointless break and the others let him go because they know that either (a) he'll hit the tarmac soon enough or (b) it's an utterly pointless break and he'll come back in due course. If you going to go on break at least give me some sort of suspense by making the odd one stick from time to time.

That's exactly why he's liked, also like Oss and Bakelandts

Evans, Contador, Schleck(s), Cancellara, Cavendish, Horner, Voeckler, and Sanchez

I enjoy watching:

Evans - because of what he did in the rainbow jersey. Favorite Moment: Montalcino '10
Contador - because he has been a great champion, plain and simple. Favorite Moment: Giro '11 w/ Tiralongo

A. Schleck - because he's my favorite rider. Favorite Moment: actually challenging Contador in the TT last year in the Tour.
F. Schleck - because as someone said, they share the same brain. So to like one is to like the other. Favorite Moment: sacrificing himself on the cobbles, what a nice guy! :p

Cancellara - because he just wins and wins. Favorite Moment: 2007 TdF Stage 3, beats the sprinters in the last Km
Cavendish - see Cancellara. Favorite Moment: bunny hop in a Vuelta win
Farrar - because he's fun to watch. Favorite Moment: finishing 2nd on a TdF stage to Cav with a broken arm.

Horner - because he's finally getting to ride for himself. Favorite Moment: helping TVG in the Dauphine last year
Voeckler - because you just can't not like this guy. Favorite Moment: keeping the yellow jersey in 2004 up Plateau du Beille.
Sanchez - because The Hitch guilted me into it :D. Favorite Moment: racing the Tourmalet with a broken something (arm?)

EDIT: Hesjedal too! Favorite Moment: His breakaway on the cobbled stage of the Tour.

So, a lot of big names, and an American and a Canadian.
Andy's my favorite though.
That said, I generally enjoy watching everyone, except Leipheimer. He's just dull.
