Tim was there today, on the ultimate climb, when GC leader couldn't any more he came back. So that indeed is leadership. As for Vuelta and Rogla, for now Rogla only hand picked Vermeersch. The rest is still too far away. Rogla and Giulio are now trying to crack del Toro at TA. Leadership, mentorship, talent, experience ... nice blend.

You lost me here. Who are then, by your own definition and currently true leaders of their respective teams?
It’s from your own talkings in the Ayuso thread.

The season is still young but last season there was 5-7 of them.

The only logical answer is missing in the poll. Denz has won more GT stages than anyone else on the team in the last three years. Imagine what he could do if he wasn't wasting opportunities babysitting second/third tier GC riders.
Last 3 years includes the 2023 and 2024 Vuelta's, so no.
