I think he will ride the Tour. Remco will a be a fine domestique because he's learned from the best; Mikel Landa.

Tim was there today, on the ultimate climb, when GC leader couldn't any more he came back. So that indeed is leadership. As for Vuelta and Rogla, for now Rogla only hand picked Vermeersch. The rest is still too far away. Rogla and Giulio are now trying to crack del Toro at TA. Leadership, mentorship, talent, experience ... nice blend.

To be fair I don't think anybody remembers his wins from the 2023 tirreno. Most boring race of all time.
