Considering the circumstances, I voted for Remco.
Multiple votes are allowed even though there can be only one next tdf winner. I like it.
Is it the winner of the next new tdf in July or the next first time winner of the tdf?
Does the spearmint lose its flavour on the bed post overnight?

It says NEW in the title of the poll. I assumed next unique (never won before). Otherwise it is brave to exclude Pogacar from this list.

I take it as the next new TdF winner - as in, never won before.

By the time Pog declines Remco won't be young anymore, last year his climbing went backwards and this year has started badly. So easy rule out.

Del Toro naturally is one to watch. But Seixas is already doing some amazing performances at 19 and I see he can also do a strong TT. Has to be favorite to me.

Hard one, it will take about four years until there is any chance of a new winner if Pogacar doesnt quit or has major injuries i guess.

From the current crop I think only Evenepoel, Ayuso, Del Toro and Seixas have something special. But Evenepoels qualities in the mountains are too poor so I expect his performances in other races than the Tour.

Ayuso is still a special kid, but he is also closest to Pogacar in age and perhaps the unlikeliest to improve a lot. However I still see him winning GTs. Del Toro is a bit more special for me and I think he has more room for improvement as he is younger and has been part of a professional setup for a shorter amount of time.

Seixas given his age should have the most room for improvement. But you never know cause Ayuso was also at that level at 19 and then progession came a bit slower than expected. Still for me Seixas is the best bet, with Del Toro in second and Ayuso third.

Lipowitz, Onley, Vauquelin, Tiberi for me lack that bit of specialness. Good riders but I dont see them winning anything as big as the Tour unless we get an edition where the better contenders all get sick or injuries in the next 2-3 years.
