There are very little names that deserve to be in this poll. Along the obvious big favourites I listed just a few more. Of course, the Betancur option is in the mix as well. Couldn't help myself with Ivan. :D

Kreuziger, Nieve, König might turn their focus to the GC later.

Con'ador.
I don't think Por'e will be able to pull it off, but he has a fantastic team.

Edit: ah, you devious little editor you

The poll didn't work, I deleted it and set up again and now it seems fine. Looks like if a mod create them, poll work. Good to know

Could you change the title? Kinda confusing, people might think we're talking about TA ;)

And thanks for closing my thread.

Re: Who will succeed Quintana?

So you put Contador/Basso and Pozzovivo/Betancur in the poll and ignored guys which come in Giro as leaders because they don't deserved it

Probably need to change the title of this poll. It is a little misleading.
Thanks.

Contador is an enigma to me. Can't say if he's at 2013 level or 2014 level. If the former, Richie will probably win.

The Great One is the only obvious answer. That is of course if he doesn't crash or get sick which goes for everyone here.

Only RoboBasso can stop Contador. Will be interesting to see if Contador will be allowed to attack when Basso has the pink jersey.

Heart says Uran, but the damn brain says Contador; anything else would be a huge upset in my opinion.

Hard to see past Contador. Porte has a chance if he's in even better shape than the rest of the season so far, but I can't help but think that he may have peaked already. Porte's only got a chance if he's right at top form and Contador is keeping something back for the Tour

Yes I did.

If you read carefully you can find out, what the Betancur option stands for.
Which leader have I missed in your opinion.

Thanks to the admins for making the poll work. :)

What about VDB2? I don't think he can win but maybe he deserved to be put in the poll?. He's been a bit quiet last two years so maybe he's due a good year? Nobodys talking about him so maybe he's a dark horse

I think maybe nobody will vote them, but I will put Hesjedal, Van der broeck, Formolo, Cunego,... Of course they has more options than Betancur for GC.

Neophyte to cycling here. How's that so many people says that Porte will win, if he hasn't even made it to the top 20 in a GT in four years (excepting 19th place in the Tour 2013). I know about his season results, but... how?

My guesses: blind sky fanboy-ism, clinic related things, froome v.2, wiggins v.3.
