Taking into account Vino's perfomance at TTs after come back, the decision that he lost his TT ability is somewhat true. Hovewer, as I know he's working on the discipline and I think we still should count him as a good TT specialist.

I am not saying Vino won't do good time trial, just that he won't make the podium. I think there is a good chance Vino can win a stage because he has always been an attacking rider and takes risks that many others won't. But looking at the time trial course it looks like a pretty good one for Cancellara, Martin and co. Not a course for climbers more for all rounders.

no one is arguing his ability there, it's his climbing which sucks :p
