Who will win the Tour de France this year?

Taking into account Vino's perfomance at TTs after come back, the decision that he lost his TT ability is somewhat true. Hovewer, as I know he's working on the discipline and I think we still should count him as a good TT specialist.

I am not saying Vino won't do good time trial, just that he won't make the podium. I think there is a good chance Vino can win a stage because he has always been an attacking rider and takes risks that many others won't. But looking at the time trial course it looks like a pretty good one for Cancellara, Martin and co. Not a course for climbers more for all rounders.

yeah I didn't get it. I wonder if he has ever seen Martin in a TT.
no one is arguing his ability there, it's his climbing which sucks
