I didn't think I will be saying this but I think Contador will win. Froome seems to have had a much more disruptive build up while Contador has done very well. Also Contador has the edge on tactics and could really disrupt Sky. If Contador can gain at least 90 seconds on Froome going into that TT it's over and I believe he will.

I agree with previous post suggesting Bertie needs to take a bit of time early and make Froome chase it. Also, a lot might come down to the form, or lack thereof, of Kreuziger vs Porte.
Unfortunately, despite indications to the contrary, I just can't see sky and CF being anything other than freakishly strong. Froome will win.

Edit - Also looking forward to some more Contador poker forcing sky to chase Nibali's inevitable banzai attacks whether they like it or not.

I think Contador and saxo should put Froome under pressure as early as possible, hopefully on stage 2 and 5. I dont think Froome will perform well under pressure and if he isnt in control of the race. Thats Contadors best chance of winning imo.

I totally agree with this...Stage 2 is a rouler stage into Sheffiled and can be a difficult stage if Tinkoff go on he offensive...this is not a stage SKY or Froome will relish....Tinkoff have a much stronger team on these kind of stages than SKY

Also the cobbles stage and I think stage 7 & 8 are stages to take the race to SKY and put them under pressure....Hopefully Alberto can build up a lead to take into the Alps ...

He will need one before ITT where Froome is stronger

Best to let Froome chase the race from the get go than have Contador doing so like last year

Absolutely agree. If Contador waits until the Pyrenees to try and get his time on Froome... that could ruin the TdF.

Saxo looks stronger and Froome needs a strong Sky train to lead him up the hills. I think Sky will falter and leave Froome isolated. Contador and Saxo will pounce and Froome's lack of tactical acumen will doom him. Contador wins, Froome cracks and doesn't even podium.

Polls like this, should have a Horner option:)

I think there is a better chance Greece will be world champions, than Van Garderen will win this tour..

I hope Contador will be very strong, so we get to se Froomes true limit..

It wouldn't surprise me if Contador gained some time on the cobbles (say 1 minute) forcing Froome to go on the offensive on the mountains with Contador only following and countering on the last k's of the mountains to gain a bigger buffer for the tt.

I think my 10 options would be
Froome
Contador
Nibali
Horner (who knows what he's capable of)

I wouldn't bother with Valverde or JVDB as they only ever follow and following won't win, place high, but not win.

Kreuziger
Fuglsang
Porte
Nieve

As I think these guys could go on the attack in order to set up their team leaders and catch their team leaders looking at each other and before you know it 10 minutes doesn't come back. I wonder which if any of these leaders would be happy if his lietenant ended up in this position?

My last two

Costa
Talansky

Strong riders and good recent form, and have chosen the right breaks in the past. However to get latitude I think they need to drop time first.

Actual favourite Froome. We saw he and Contador head to head once at CD when healthy and Froome won. He keeps his head, he wins.
