Why not use polygraph testing?

Why don't promoters/federations use polygarphs like other sports? If you were subjected to one in order to collect your winnings, you might see alot of cleaner riders making more money.

Polygraphs are so last century. They're using MRIs now. Only problem with the fMRI test? They don't seem to offer an improvement over polygraphs.
