Before everyone goes crazy about how awesome Wikileaks is, here are two things to bear in mind.
1. Not covert cables. Conservative estimates say that around 3 MILLION people have already seen the cables (or the pertinent contents), so none of the new releases are really world rocking.
2. What is the one country that comes out of this disclosure not only unscathed, but with 'intel' that bolsters its socio-political stance in the hot-beds of the world?

This COULD be a great avenue for the UCI to take advantage of. They're pretty good at buying and selling results, not averse to bribes, and seem to love monolithic press releases. Hmmm...
