Yeah, if you didn't have Kaggestad on your team in PCM you might as well give up in advance.
I also think Hushovd would have to take this. Especially his exploits in the 2011 Tour were fantastic, I think. Getting yellow early, holding on on the Mur de Bretagne, winning an epic Pyrenean stage into Lourdes and winning in Gap, both in the rainbow jersey.
Kristoff's only really remarkable win to me was Flanders, otherwise he is just too defensive and relying on his sprint, which is fine, but yeah, for me he is just a guy who is always there.
But okay, if things had gone slightly differently in Bergen it would have been hard to argue against him.
