Contador will derail the train. There's no doubt about that. The question is whether he will do it alone.

sorry! team sky hope you enjoyed your one and only gt victory

Takes a very brave person to predict Sky will never win another GT, I could use another word instead of brave but I shall be nice :D

Unfortunately you will be proved wrong come July, I cant see anyone beating Froome with the form he is showing. I hope Alberto gives him a real battle though.

Yeah, because cobo and rujano would obviously beat them ;)

Well maybe the Colombians have a remote shot to beat them, but they'l be forced to wait on Richie Porte or something :p

well before they can win 3 GT, Uran needs to win the Giro first. And sky needs to sort out who's going to lead TDF.

From Dave:

Brailsford also stated that Wiggins's withdrawal from the Giro will not change Sky's plan for the Tour de France, where Chris Froome is in pole position to lead the team. However, Brailsford confirmed that there is wriggle room within the scheme that Sky have laid down.

"Mostly things sort themselves out. A plan is your best guess on what will happen in the future. As it unfolds you correct it for reality," he said. In other words, a final decision on the precise hierarchy at Sky for the Tour will be taken only after a full assessment of the two potential leaders.

Froome better win Dauphine to stomp his authority.:D

The loser Lefevere moans about the hard conditions in the Giro.

Patrick Lefevere ‏@PatLefevere 17m
“@zdenekstybar: What a stage @giroditalia Maybe there should be rules over weather conditions? Don't you think? #giro”and after the finish ?

Will sky still try to win the giro? Or did they give up? It definitely seems like it.

Nibali pretty much wrapped up the Giro on Saturday. He's clearly the strongest, so trying to attack him when you're not feeling that strong yourself (Evans, Uran, etc) isn't a good idea and is likely to see you lose your podium spot.

Ironically, for all the fun that people have taken from Wiggins' demise we needed him to have a 2 minute lead after the time trial in order for the Giro to be a great race GC wise.

Sky will win the Giro...

Just like Jan Ullrich will win this year's TDF. Not.

Sky are SO done. They will be heavily marked this year no doubt.
